This crisp rice lager has been infused with locally sourced rose petals to provide and extra flavorful finish.

We have taken our 2 time gold medal winning Wee Heavy and aged it in bourbon barrels. The rich prune, raisin, brown sugar and toffee notes of the base beer blend wonderfully with the bourbon, vanilla and alcohol warming notes pulled from the barrels.

We took our base breakfast stout and gave it the barrel aged coffee treatment again, this time going all out. Patrick barrel aged green Indonesian coffee beans in our Apple Brandy barrel for two months before getting our friends at Calgary Heritage Roasters to roast it to a perfect light-medium roast

Vanilla hazelnut coffee dunkel.

This brew creeps out of the dark with a sour taste that overtakes your senses. Light cannot escape but the fruit notes on your nose and palate will. The zesty citrus flavours are all from the 48-hour souring process as it bubbled away in the kettle.

Gather close kids, and listen carefully. Strange things have been happening at Cabin. Really strange things...

A knocking sound in the boiler. A monotonous squeak heard through the walls. Shrieks of delight from the taproom. Vanishing piles of new release beer. One day all the beer turned hazy, and it hasn't been clear since.

Something had to be done. We prayed to the beer gods. We offered up barley wine sacrifices. We had a vision and knew what to do. We threw hops. We sprinkled the brew system with blessed brewing water. We incanted brewing calculations and style guidelines late into the night.

The next day, the activity stopped. At the same time, a ghostly spectre appeared in the wood grain of a taproom table. We had done it. We had trapped Cabin's ghost for good.

Table Ghost NEIPA is an homage to the little ghost that was. It's a dank, murky NEIPA of the finest quality, hopped abundantly with Strata hops. It's juicy, aromatic and delicious.

Our latest beer will make you rethink what South Africa is all about. The dry conditions make the hops grown there incredibly unique. We�ve added Southern Star and Southern Passion hops to this ridiculously hazy beer and the result is phenomenal! It is hazy and orange, with huge berry and tropical fruit aromas. It�s very full-bodied with flavours of guava, pineapple, passionfruit and strawberry. It finishes with a lingering malty nuttiness this is one to sip and ponder over.

We took our delicious sour base beer and hit it with kiwi. Double the fruit we would normally use in a sour, and all kiwi. Fruity, tart, refreshing. There's the equivalent of about 300 grams of kiwi in the pint can you're holding..

Collaboration with Wild Rose

A new seasonal to expand on our award winning hazy beers, our Rustler features two very unique new-school hops and is double dry hopped at over 20g/L over a hefty base of flaked wheat and flaked oats.

This experimental saison is a hazy-brown escape that sends you on an island getaway filled with tropical fruit. Dosed with a combination of pink guava and passionfruit, expect a pleasant combination of sour and fruity tropical notes with some back end funky, vanilla, and oak flavours (with some fruit pulp).

This limited release is the perfect crushable summer sour. We used 22lbs of fresh nectarines to brew just 3 kegs of our first ever sour beer. Paying tribute to the 80's classic Ghostbusters, we named it Necto-1.

We couldn�t finish up 2019 without one final haze-bomb to carry us through to 2020! Behold, the Dawn Chorus Hazy IPA, hopped exclusively with hops from New Zealand!

For our Australian-hopped hazy IPA, The
Dreaming, we leaned into the ethereal qualities
of this mystical land. Galaxy, Enigma and Vic
Secret hops have been layered in tropical
abundance, behind a smooth and full-bodied
malt base. Unlike most hazy beers, we used no
wheat and oats - just 2-row, flaked barley
and Victory malt.

A dark, strong whisky-barrel-aged Imperial Stout designed for desperate times, Desperate Measures clocks in at 10.4% ABV and features prominent dark chocolate, fruit, and oaky qualities. This blend combines 15-month oak-aged and 3-month stainless-aged Imperial Stout batches.

Dark and chocolatey, this beer features a malt/hop recipe similar to an American Imperial Porter, but is brewed with San Francsico Lager yeast and lagered cold for several months, giving it a sweeter, maltier and cleaner flavour profile than an ale. Full-bodies with a balanced bitterness, this beer is surprisingly deceptive for its alcohol level.

Fellow Human was aged for just under 9 months in our American Oak Foeders. It was hit with a secondary lacto strain, which is quite subtle due to this fresh wood. Near the end, 100 fresh pineapples were thrown in because it seemes like a good number. This beer has an exquisite balance between saison fruit and phelonics, semi-assertive American Oak, a hint of lacto on the nose and it finishes bone dry with a subtle touch of pineapple.

Drink it as the sun goes down and again as the sun comes up.

While the original beer we put into the barrels was quite hoppy, it has relaxed with age, exhibiting a syrupy body with notes of crusty caraway rye, sticky toffee pudding, a well-crafted Old Fashioned, and vanilla & toffee from the wood. It was totally nerve-wracking and tremendously exciting to follow this beer as it aged; we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.

Snowsquall Lager rings the bell at 6.2% alc./vol and 22 IBU. All of the barley in this batch was grown in Alberta by the fine folks at Hamill Farms and malted by Red Shed Malting. You'll get a chance to taste a brew crafted exclusively with the Newdale barley variety in two forms, both as a base malt and as a high dried "Rocky Mountain Malt". These malts are balanced against a hearty dose of late hops with traditional German and Czech hop varieties. Cozy up, you�re about to be snowed in!

A solid milk-stout conditioned on a stupid amount of dark espresso and infused with maple sugar. You don�t have to drink it for breakfast but it would be cool if you did.

Brewed in collaboration with the homies at Revival Brewcade, we made a hazy, heavily hopped wort that was kettle-soured with pure lactobacillus for 48 hours. We then put 300 kg of raspberries (and even more hops) into the kettle. A little lactose add body and sweetness to balance this intensely sour creation. Sweet, sour, fruity, and beautiful.

Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day 2018 welcomed women from the local beer industry to brew with us for the fourth year in a row! This year's brew is a Double IPA with a big nose and huge taste. We've hopped at every step with Cascade, Palisade, Chinook , Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra for a beer that is worthy of its name. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we have enjoyed brewing and canning it for you! A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer are used to establish the Pink Boots Bursary. This bursary helps women enrolled in the Olds College Brewmaster & Brewery Operations Management Course.

Our hazy style IPA is features our favourite Australian hops and has a medium-full body thanks to a low attenuating dry yeast and a malt bill packed with wheat, flaked wheat and flaked oats. Namesake has big notes of juicy citrus, tropical fruit, stone fruit and piny resiny goodness.

All of our beers are made with re-mineralized RO water, giving us the ability to accentuate flavours and mouthfeel true-to-style, in this case we use a specific ratio of chloride to sulfate to accentuate body versus hop sharpness.

This first episode of our Sunrise experimental saison lands on the �clean� side of the barrel-aged spectrum, with a light body, effervescent mouthfeel, and lightly sweet and fruity pinot grigio wine character. Expect rich flavours of vanilla, pear, crisp apple and grape with oaky and crackery undertones.

If you could thank anyone for the amazing recent explosion of craft breweries opening in our province, who would it be? We'd like to thank Neil Bamford who, along with his amazing partner Tom Corbett, run The Vineyard home-brew shop. Where else does a craft brewing revolution start but at the local home-brew shop? Neil seems to be fuelled by a mission of turning home-brewers into pro-brewers. This one is for Neil.
The beer is a sessionable Oatmeal Pale ale utilizing Cascade as a single hop variety which imparts sweet floral citrus aromas of grapefruit and limes balanced with slight spicy pine notes on the palate. At 4.5% with a balanced crisp bitterness, this beer is a PERFECT companion for summer patio session, but then again so is Neil.

This balanced golden copper coloured IPA has a big hop aroma of citrus and passionfruit which combines with resinous and pine hop flavors leading to a softly bitter finish. This is the clear choice for hop-heads!
