5 Hundie (ON TAP!)  (3.8/5)

Creamy and medium-bodied, 5 Hundie Hazy IPA has notes of peach and cotton candy on the nose followed by suggestions of mango and papaya on the palate.

Style: IPA - New England

ABV: 6.5%    IBU: 50

Flagstick (ON TAP!)  (3.75/5)

Soft, delicate, and highly aromatic, Flagstick Hazy Pale Ale is refreshingly off-dry and light-bodied with notes of ripe pineapple, clementine orange, and a hint of spruce.

Style: Pale Ale - New England

ABV: 5.2%    IBU: 40

Bush League (ON TAP!)  (3.44/5)

A crisp, soft, balanced, and highly sessionable Danish-style pilsner.

Style: Pilsner - Other

One Hundred And Eighty (ON TAP!)  (3.61/5)

A traditional English-style pub ale brewed with sulfate-rich water, toasty Canadian pale malt, Fuggles & East Kent Goldings hops from the United Kingdom, and our house British ale yeast. Designed to be enjoyed one pint after another within the walls of a cozy pub.

Style: Pale Ale - English

ABV: 4.6%    IBU: 26

Ghost Runner Raspberry IPA (ON TAP!)  (3.74/5)

Our take on a "milkshake" IPA (minus the milk)- We used lots of oats and Tahitian vanilla instead of lactose to contribute a creamy body.

Co-Fermented with whole raspberry puree and dry-hopped with Citra and Hallertau Blanc, this IPA has picked up a bright berry tartness with a citric and soft Riesling character.

Style: Fruit Beer

ABV: 6.6%    IBU: 0

Rivals Series East Coast IPA   (3.63/5)

We got us a throw down!
Our brewers often argue about whose favorite team is better. Rather than the two of them toss the mitts, we've come up with a competition everyone can enjoy.
Welcome to the Rival Series, where we challenged our brewers to brew two different expressions of the IPA. To make it interesting we forced them to each make a beer using the exact same hops and malt. Both brews are a blend of Barley oats and Wheat, hopped with Chinook, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Simcoe.
Enjoy the battle!

Style: IPA - American

ABV: 6.5%    IBU: 40

Lockout Lager (ON TAP!)  (3.64/5)

Style: Schwarzbier

ABV: 5.3%    IBU: 0

Black Lime Wit (ON TAP!)  (3.58/5)

Our twist on a classic Belgian Witbier-- mashed with 50% raw wheat plus chamomile, coriander, & orange peel in the kettle. Then we "dry hopped" it with Middle eastern black (loomi) limes after fermentation... creamy with a hint of tartness and salinity, we get notes of lemon-lime Gatorade, sea breeze, and childhood powdered iced tea mix.

Style: Wheat Beer - Witbier

ABV: 4.1%    IBU: 16

Penny Board   (3.58/5)

Most of us used penny boards as a quick way to get from point A to B – this beer is sure to cruise you into nostalgic times where neon colors and baggy pants were the norm.
O.T.’s Penny Board is an auburn ale. Lightly kettle soured and co-fermented with tart cherry and cranberries producing those distinct cherry and subtle cranberry flavors on a sour, yet crushable deep red malt bill.
Cheers! to those still being referred to as ‘90s kids!

Style: Sour - Fruited

ABV: 5.8%    IBU: 10

Draw Weight Stout   (3.66/5)

Our refreshing take on a classic brew. This full-bodied, dry-oat stout has a slightly bitter roast approach balanced by a creamy malt finish with just a hint of sweetness.
Let the stout season begin!

Style: Stout - Oatmeal

ABV: 5%    IBU: 30

Citrus Gose (ON TAP!)  (3.71/5)

This take on the Gose style sour is blended with 3 different lively citrus fruits for an extra sunmery juice explosion. Sour ale with a light salinity, this beer has notes of fresh tangerine with a pleasant bitter grapefruit rind finish.

Style: Sour - Gose

ABV: 4.5%    IBU: 0

Barrel Aged Ape Index (2020) (ON TAP!)  (3.93/5)

This special version of our Ape Index Barleywine was aged in Booker's bourbon barrels across three seasons in 2019. During this time, we employed a winemaking technique to the aging process known as the "ouillé" method, or making sure the barrels were regularly topped-up with fresh beer to minimize oxidation. While the original beer we put into the barrels was quite hoppy, it has relaxed with age, exhibiting a syrupy body with notes of crusty caraway rye, sticky toffee pudding, a well-crafted Old Fashioned, and vanilla & toffee from the wood. It was totally nerve-wracking and tremendously exciting to follow this beer as it aged; we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoyed making it.

Style: Barleywine - American

ABV: 11%    IBU: 0

Ape Index (ON TAP!)  (3.56/5)

Ape index is the measure of a person's arm span against their height-- Ape Index Barleywine is the measure of how far we could push the brewhouse here at O.T.! We maxed the mash tun with hundreds of kilos of choice Alberta malted barley before boiling the wort for six (long) hours with lots of fresh Columbus and Cascade. This beer has a huge, syrupy body with notes of candied marmalade, Christmas tree, and a bit of sticky toffee pudding.

Style: Barleywine - American

ABV: 9%    IBU: 86

Crash Pad Pale Ale   (3.71/5)

We got you... Get back up there!!
Crash Pad is a golden American Pale Ale with classic pacific northwest hops.
A balance, pleasantly bitter and extremely drinkable ale will get you back up to conquer your rock. Dry-hopped with Cascade, Amarillo and New Zealand Motueka hops for that refreshing citrus flavor and hints of tropical fruit. A citrus crusher that will catch you and keep you wanting more.
Trust fall into this beer.

Style: Pale Ale - American

ABV: 5.6%    IBU: 50

Row Away Baltic Porter   (3.74/5)

Depart from this Icy season with a rich and robust lagered porter.
A full-bodied porter, rich in malt sweetness with notes of caramelized plums, chocolate covered raisins and blackcurrant. A touch of smoked barley offers a suggestion of the North Atlantic Seabreeze.

Docking port at a smooth 7.3%, Row Away promises to warm the soul in the dark cold winter nights.

Enjoy this beast!

Style: Porter - Baltic

ABV: 7.3%    IBU: 0

Hop Sprite Kettle Sour   (3.29/5)

Collaboration with our rad buds at O'l Beautiful Brewing Company. Hop Sprite is a kettle sour double dry-hopped with Lemon Drop, Hallertua Blanc and Nelson Sauvin.
A tart ale with massive aromatics of lemon zest and tangerine, this beer is dry and refreshing with notes of Riesling wine grapes and memories of warmer times.
Cheers to an elegant brew...pinkies up!

Style: Sour - Other

ABV: 6.5%    IBU: 25

Embrace the Darkness   (3.66/5)

Black Bold Bitter and Balanced!
A complex yet approachable hopped-up dark beauty - Embrace the Darkness is about journeying beyond what is comfortable and into the unknown. Once there, life will often surprise us with some sweet results. This CDA comes with a beautiful dank resin and creamsicle notes on the nose with soft touches of dark chocolate, stone fruit, and pineapple on the palate. Complemented with a big toasty malt body, this beer shows where hops and malt in excess comes to shine!
Life begins at the of your comfort zone.
