Citrus Gose (ON TAP!)  (3.68/5)

Penny Board   (3.58/5)

Most of us used penny boards as a quick way to get from point A to B – this beer is sure to cruise you into nostalgic times where neon colors and baggy pants were the norm.
O.T.’s Penny Board is an auburn ale. Lightly kettle soured and co-fermented with tart cherry and cranberries producing those distinct cherry and subtle cranberry flavors on a sour, yet crushable deep red malt bill.
Cheers! to those still being referred to as ‘90s kids!

Style: Sour - Fruited

ABV: 5.8%    IBU: 10

Cranial Disharmony Double IPA   (3.87/5)

A brain injury waiting to happen! This 8.3% hop bomb is dangerously smooth and dry. Inspired by classic west Coast IPA's with some new-school techniques, Cranial is double dry-hopped with Azacca, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops. Pleasantly bitter and balanced, it showcases fat citrus aromatics with lingering fresh, piney undertones. This beer was brewed in a way to pay homage to some of the old-school hop monsters that got us into IPA's
Cheers to those who stick the landing!

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double

ABV: 8.3%    IBU: 85

Draw Weight Stout   (3.68/5)

Our refreshing take on a classic brew. This full-bodied, dry-oat stout has a slightly bitter roast approach balanced by a creamy malt finish with just a hint of sweetness.
Let the stout season begin!

Snow Rippa Hazy DIPA   (3.87/5)

We are kicking off 2022 with a gnarly, unapologetically hoppy mix of our brewers’ favorite hops.

Snow Rippa utilizes an 80°C whirlpool of Azacca, Strata, Motueka, Amarillo, Mosaic,
and Eldorado hops finished with a double dry-hop of Cyro-Amarillo and Cyro-Mosaic hops. This DIPA packs complex, tropical, juiced-up flavors on a gentle creamy body finishing with a fragrance of citrus rinds
and mangos.

Did you stick the landing?

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

ABV: 8.4%    IBU: 0

Kerplunk Amber Lager   (3.63/5)

Spelunk your way into the cave of
traditional beers!
Kerplunk! is our take on a Märzen
style amber lager— an unearthed
a classic from the gold mine of German
brewing traditions.
A malt-forward amber lager with rich,
roasted caramel tones that finishes
clean and dry on the palate.
This brew is a true showcase of
world-class Alberta malts.

Style: Lager - Amber

ABV: 6%    IBU: 0

Berries And Cream Milkshake IPA   (3.66/5)

A whimsically playful take on a fruited IPA. Berries and Cream, named for the literal ingredients of this wacky beer.
A bouquet of soft, citrus and berry tones meet with a sweet, viscous, rich creamy body from added milk
sugars that finishes with a distinct strawberry flavor.
A well-balanced play on a joyous, dessert-style beverage.

I’m a little lad who loves berries and cream!

Style: IPA - Milkshake

ABV: 6.6%    IBU: 0

Skills Camp   (3.7/5)

A bright gold, crushable lager dry-hopped with Sabro, Strata, and Citra hops. Delicate and decadent aromatics of tropical fruit, tangerine citrus with hints of berries on a creamy yet crisp palate that is just fabulous!

Brewed by O.T.'s small but diverse team during International Pride Month in June, Skills Camp is here just in time for Calgary Pride festivities!

It's our way of celebrating diversity and inclusion, with a beer designed to be enjoyed by everyone.

We wanted to honor the creator of the iconic Rainbow Flag, Gilbert Baker.

Therefore we used the Gilbert font, created by NewFest and NYC Pride partnered with Fontself.

Why Skills Camp?
It represents athletes diversifying their talents in other disciplines.

We used the name Skills Camp as a metaphor for our values of diversity and involvement in the beer community.

One of the musical talents we all enjoy here at the brewery is Tegan and Sara.

Therefore, it was a no brainer for a portion of the sales of this brew to go towards their foundation.

The Tegan and Sara Foundation's mission is to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ women and girls.

This mission was founded on their commitment to feminism and racial, social, and gender justice.

Hooligan ESB   (3.77/5)

Digging deep into British brewing traditions with some new-world hopping techniques.
Hooligan is a malt-forward brew that doesn’t shy away from hops. This beer is a blend of Comet, Glacier, Citra, and Cascade - giving unique aromatics and flavors of citrus, with cedar and pine
tones on a big caramel malty body.
While ESB means “Extra Special Bitter”, we focussed on delivering a bold poetic balance between malt and hops!

Throw another one!

Style: Bitter - Extra Special / Strong (ESB)

ABV: 5.8%    IBU: 0

Ape Index (ON TAP!)  (3.57/5)

Ape index is the measure of a person's arm span against their height-- Ape Index Barleywine is the measure of how far we could push the brewhouse here at O.T.! We maxed the mash tun with hundreds of kilos of choice Alberta malted barley before boiling the wort for six (long) hours with lots of fresh Columbus and Cascade. This beer has a huge, syrupy body with notes of candied marmalade, Christmas tree, and a bit of sticky toffee pudding.

Style: Barleywine - American

ABV: 9%    IBU: 86

Toss the Mitts Cold IPA   (3.75/5)

This Cold IPA is an ale/lager hybrid beer that is bound to beguile! This beer is an adjunct-style strong American lager - fermented at warm temperatures on our house lager yeast.
Toss the Mitts comes in with a strong punch at 6.9% AVB. Aromatics of pine and grapefruit citrus guide you into a classic IPA of Pacific Northwest hops on a crisp, dry, yet crushable beer.

Don’t start something you can’t finish!

Style: Other

ABV: 6.9%    IBU: 0

Ghost Runner Fruit Punch IPA   (3.79/5)

In this fourth edition of Ghost Runner, the core concept remains unchanged. It’s a milkshake IPA without the milk; a juice bomb of fruit and hops, brought to peak creaminess by an oat-rich malt bill and vanilla beans from Madagascar.
This year, we’re highlighting some of our favourite tropical fruit punch ingredients—passion fruit, tangerine, guava, and pineapple—mixing them with a selection of our most delicious hops— Galaxy, Mosaic, and Sabro.
Toss that helmet on ‘cause you’re about
to hit a home run!

Style: Fruit Beer
