Wizard’s Revenge   (3.62/5)

This beer breaks most of the rules we learned in beer school: it’s hazy, it’s sweet, and it doesn’t fit neatly into a style category--but, damn, is it ever delicious. Huge flavour without the intensity of an IPA; pillowy soft with a mouthfeel that can only be described as voluptuous. Even those who claim not to like IPAs will love this beer.

Style: IPA - Milkshake

ABV: 7%    IBU: 30

Haze Lord   (3.7/5)

Day One Dry-Hopped and Double Dry-Hopped=a juicy bouquet of mosaic. Super hazy. All the Hail the Haze Lord!

Style: Pale Ale - New England / Hazy

ABV: 5.5%    IBU: 35

Berserker   (3.47/5)

A blonde so bad ass that we named it after the Viking warriors. We designed this beer to appeal to craft beer newbies and the hardcore elite. With a lighter IBU and medium malt profile, the Berserker can be sessioned like you wouldn’t believe. Flavourful and complex for craft beer lovers and approachable for all palettes.

Style: Blonde Ale

ABV: 5.5%    IBU: 20

Pinball Wizard   (3.88/5)

Brewed in collaboration with the homies at Revival Brewcade, we made a hazy, heavily hopped wort that was kettle-soured with pure lactobacillus for 48 hours. We then put 300 kg of raspberries (and even more hops) into the kettle. A little lactose add body and sweetness to balance this intensely sour creation. Sweet, sour, fruity, and beautiful.

Style: Sour - Fruited

ABV: 5.7%    IBU: 0

Sorceress Sour   (3.77/5)

Key lime pie kettle sour. The Sorceress is loaded with lime, coriander, cinnamon, vanilla and or course...lactose!

Style: Sour - Fruited

ABV: 6.5%    IBU: 30

Link Back: Sorceress Sour - Brewed In Calgary AB

Leviathan   (3.74/5)

Bold and formidable, the Leviathan packages deep, dark flavours with a full mouthfeel. Some roast flavours, coffee undertones, a hint of caramel and a viscous mouthfeel. It’s heavy, but sessionable for those who believe in themselves.

Style: Stout - Russian Imperial

ABV: 8.5%    IBU: 60

Heavy Metal Horchata   (3.74/5)

Designed to be the beer version of the delicious Mexican beverage. Sweet and full bodied with loads of cinnamon.

Style: Spiced / Herbed Beer

ABV: 5.3%    IBU: 25

Green Demon Blue Raspberry Lemonade Sour   (3.97/5)

The beer that's bright green and tastes just like it looks. Definitely not for purists, it bursts with the freshest blue raspberries that we can find. It's liquid candy. It's liquid fun. It's the Green Demon that haunts Alberta's brewing industry.

Style: Sour - Other

ABV: 6.5%    IBU: 0

Reaper’s Choice   (3.51/5)

Forget trying to make an approachable IPA. We brew Reaper’s Choice for Alberta’s hop fiends. Unapologetically West Coast. High ABV. High IBU. Dank and piney. The Reaper comes ripping.

Style: IPA - American

ABV: 7.5%    IBU: 85

Link Back: Reaper’s Choice - Brewed In Calgary AB

Wizard's Vacation   (3.59/5)

Even wizards need to go on vacation.

ABV: 7%    IBU: 30

Link Back: Wizard's Vacation - Brewed In Calgary AB

Krampus Christmas Ale   (3.57/5)

Infused with lactose, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg, on a malt bill that’s heavy on the roast and chocolate, it’s holiday treat that’ll delight the most miserable grinch.

ABV: 10.5%    IBU: 30

Link Back: Krampus Christmas Ale - Brewed In Calgary AB

Licensed To Dill   (3.24/5)

Brewed with the homies at Boogie's Burgers, it's a Dill Pickle Sour. Be sure to check it in on Untappd and write "I hate pickles".

Black No. 1   (3.65/5)

It’s cool to drink hazy IPAs and golden coloured blondes, but sometimes you need to let your darker side out. Just a little bit. That’s why we brewed this porter. Hints of chocolate and stone fruit with a slightly roasted finish. Smooth mouthfeel. Lightly dry hopped with Willamette.

Style: Porter - American

ABV: 5.5%    IBU: 50

Hellion Lager   (3.59/5)

Albertan base-malt is blended with select European specialty malts for a dry, crisp finish with light body and high clarity. Very lightly hopped with Magnum, Hallertau Blanc, and Saaz for a gentle yet complex aroma and flavour. Ridiculously easy drinking.

Style: Lager - American

ABV: 4.5%    IBU: 0

Chocolate Rain   (3.68/5)

A chocolate stout conditioned on two additions of raspberries and cocoa nibs. Rich and smooth. Nice raspberry jaminess on top of dark chocolate.

Strawberry Milkshake Beerbucha   (3.69/5)

It's a beer. But, it's also Kombucha. It's sweet, but it's also tangy. It's immense flavour, but it's insanely crushable.

Style: IPA - Milkshake

ABV: 4%    IBU: 20

Sorceress Sour Peach Cobbler   (4.09/5)

Part of our Sorceress Sour series, we wanted to continue making sours inspired by baked goods, so for this beverage we studied the peach cobbler and did our best beer version of that wonderful summer dessert. Massive amounts of peach puree and subtle spicing make the Peach Cobbler Sour a predominantly fruit forward, yet complex sour.
Ingredients: hops, water, yeast, barley, peach puree, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, lactobacillus
Food Pairing: Go nuts and have it with a peach cobbler. Grandma might get jealous, but hey it's your life.
Fun Fact: Peach Cobbler Sour is vegan.

Style: Sour - Other

ABV: 6.2%    IBU: 25

Headbanger's Breakfast   (3.89/5)

A solid milk-stout conditioned on a stupid amount of dark espresso and infused with maple sugar. You don’t have to drink it for breakfast but it would be cool if you did.

Style: Stout - Imperial / Double Milk

ABV: 9%    IBU: 50

Link Back: Headbanger's Breakfast - Brewed In Calgary AB

Orange Demon   (3.88/5)

Orange Creamsicle Sour

Style: Sour - Fruited

ABV: 6%    IBU: 0

Breakin' the Law   (3.38/5)

The brewers at New Level love
classic German pilsners almost as
much as they love Milkshake IPAs.
It was only a matter of time until they
came up with the idea of putting
lactose into a traditional pilsner.
Brewed with Pilsner malt, Saaz
hops, and high-minerality water
much like the German tradition, but
with just a touch of lactose for a
slightly creamy mouthfeel and a hint
of residual sweetness.

Style: Pilsner - Other

ABV: 5%    IBU: 30

Primal Rage   (3.87/5)

Banana Coffee Vanilla Porter

Style: Porter - Coffee
