Inductive IPA   (3.28/5)

Those who are inducted are often the best of the best or ones that change the game. When we set out to make a truly great game-changing IPA we started with Canadian 2-row and caramel malts to give rich amber depth and balanced malt flavours. A variety of American hops give aromas of citrus, grapefruit and pine with a desirable burn on the finish. At 5.6% this IPA is very sessionable and makes a great beer to sip on while grilling or for use in marinades.

Pairs well with blue cheese, spicy dishes like curry and most red meats

Style: IPA - American

Delta's Highflier Hefeweizen   (3.39/5)

Until 1872 the use of wheat in beers was reserved exclusively for the Bavarian royal family. Keeping with Bavarian tradition we created our rendition on this German specialty and named it accordingly for the high fliers of todays world. This beer is not just reserved for royalty and should be enjoyed by the kings and queens of the campsite during the summer months or after a hard day’s grind with friends. Delta’s Highflier Hefeweizen is naturally cloudy, exceptionally smooth and virtually no bitterness. Banana, clove and bubble gum aromas dominate and when poured should appear with a bright white head on top.

Pairs well with fresh mozzarella and soft cheeses, seafood, salads and German sausage.

Hopothecary Hoppy Blonde   (3.35/5)

The health benefits of beer are well documented throughout history; monks use it as sustenance while fasting and it can help lower cholesterol and improve heart health. We made a brew dedicated to the history of medicine and the advances throughout the ages. Much like the advances in medicine, brewing technology and techniques have made new and exciting modern styles like the Blonde Ale which was created for craft breweries who wanted to avoid extensive refrigeration time and space. We threw in a bunch of new world hops to create a unique flavour profile both on the nose and the tongue. We believe we’ve created an exceptional elixir with a cure for thirst with no side effects and no prescription required!
Pairs well with sharp cheeses, pork and game meats, roasted vegetables and simple deserts.

Delta's Pragmatic Pilsner   (3.53/5)

To be pragmatic, one must handle a problem practically rather than theoretically. The brewers in Plzen during the 19th century were faced with a problem; How could they compete with the increasing popularity of pale ales sweeping through Europe? Instead of theorising, they combined the unique local water chemistry with the native Saaz hops and thus the Pilsner was born. We challenged our brewers to create a crafted lager which is approachable to new beer drinkers and complex to the more experienced palate. Using the unique water from the foothills of the Rockies, the finest Alberta grains and a carefully selected quantity of Saaz hops, Delta’s Pragmatic Pilsner was born; problem solved!

Pairs well with cheddar cheese, chicken dishes, salmon and salads.

Catalyst Lager   (3.2/5)

Crisp, clean, and crushable, this beer is a go-to as a thirst quencher or reward for a hard day’s work. Made with Willamette Hops, this American style Lager is made to drink and is dedicated to those who make a positive difference in lives of others similar to catalyst in a reaction.
