Clear, amber and dry, this modern example of an American-style IPA bursts with big tropical, citrusy flavours with assertive bitterness and balanced malt character. Dry-hopped twice with Amarille, Mosaic, and Lemondrop.

2020 Alberta Beer Awards Bronze Medal Winner. This American-style wheat beer pours golden with a white, foamy head, and features prominent citrus, stone fruit, and bread aroma. This beer has a light, refreshing body with moderate carbonation and a dry but soft bread-flavoured finish and mild grain aftertaste.

2019 Canadian International Beer Festival Gold Winner. This beer overlays sweet, fresh, house-toasted coconut on a nutty brown base beer, with flavours of milk chocolate, caramel and toast, on a mildly bitter backbone with a dry finish.

Our Little Bear Kölsch recipe infused with a custom blend of cold-brew coffee by Typeface Coffee Roasters, which brings milk chocolate, toffee and caramel notes to the beer no harsh coffee bitterness at all. Tastes like a Coffee Crisp bar in a glass.

Flavourful but easy drinking, our Kölsch-style ale is clean and crisp with a slightly sweet grainy flavour and a dry finish. Based on the pilsner style, but fermented with ale yeast and lagered for several weeks, this beer has a pleasant, soft and surprisingly refreshing flavour profile that makes it stand tall beside its lager brethren.

Silver-medal winner at the 2019 Canadian International Beer Awards for Best Friday Cask!
Hazy, effervescent, full-flavoured, floral and complex. We designed this recipe from the ground up and used a generous addition of chamomile flowers and fresh Alberta Philpott honey to give the beer a unique and tasty flavour profile. Chamomile dominates with a soft honey aroma and a satisfying bready, cracker-like finish from Alberta malts. We used East Kent Golding hops for bittering and at whirlpool to reinforce the floral aroma. Everything comes together to make this a super easy-drinking, delicious summer beer.

A collaboration with Hubtown Brewery (Okotoks, AB) to celebrate International Womens Day, 2020, this beer is a uniquely refreshing Belgian-style blonde ale with raspberry and a custom Pink Boots Society blend of American hops. Underlying the fruit and bready malt flavours is a spicy Belgian yeast character.

Orange is the new blond is a clean and crisp Belgian blond ale full of spicy and peppery phenolics re-fermented over two separate doses of blood oranges to produce a tart, yet slightly sweet, citrus blast. It pours an eye-catching ruby red colour with a slight haze that drinks very smoothly, bursting with notes of oranges, grapefruit, and a hint of raspberries. Our follow-up brew to the very popular Berry Manly is sure to hold its own amongst the fruit beer lovers out there so lets squeeze every last drop out of this years patio season and grab a pint of this refreshing treat.

With a straight-forward name for its straight-forward nature, EDM is a working class beer that was crafted to be sessionable, smooth, and very easy drinking. The use of English pale malt, along with a mix of 5 other specialty malts, creates a malt-forward beverage that highlights flavours of toast, toffee, dark fruit, chocolate, and coffee. Along with this comes a creamy and sustaining off-white head thanks to the addition of flaked oats and wheat.

With a malt bill specifically designed to draw attention to the aromas and flavours of the hops this is a sought out beer style for many craft beer lovers in North America.

This experimental saison is a hazy-brown escape that sends you on an island getaway filled with tropical fruit.
